Brisanje računa

Svoj Finta račun možete izbrisati na dva načina. Brisanjem računa trajno se uklanjaju vaš profil, ocjene, predikcije i ostali sadržaj povezan s računom.

U aplikaciji

  1. Otvorite Profil
  2. Odaberite Postavke
  3. Odaberite Izbriši račun i potvrdite

Zahtjevom e-poštom

Ako više nemate pristup aplikaciji, pošaljite zahtjev za brisanje na [email protected] s adrese e-pošte povezane s vašim računom, s naslovom „Zahtjev za brisanje računa".

Podaci se brišu ili nepovratno anonimiziraju u roku od 30 dana od zahtjeva, osim podataka koje smo zakonski dužni čuvati dulje (npr. računovodstvena evidencija o pretplatama) i zapisa o moderaciji opisanog niže. Detalji u Politici privatnosti.

Zapis o zabranama i prijavama u Tribini i Fan Zoni čuvamo bez imena, uz otisak e-mail adrese, do 12 mjeseci, a o zabrani koja još traje dok traje, radi zaštite drugih korisnika (vidi Politiku privatnosti).

Brisanjem računa brišu se i vaše fotografije u Fan Zoni, osim fotografije koja se 90 dana čuva kao dokaz zlostavljanja djeteta ili koja, najdulje 184 dana, čeka pregled takve prijave.

Aktivnu pretplatu otkažite zasebno u postavkama svog Google Play ili App Store računa — brisanje Finta računa ne otkazuje pretplatu automatski.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your Finta account in two ways. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, ratings, predictions, and other content linked to the account.

In the App

  1. Open Profile
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Delete account and confirm

By Email

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request".

Data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days of the request, except for data we are legally required to keep longer (e.g. accounting records related to subscriptions) and the moderation record described below. Details in our Privacy Policy.

We keep a record of Tribina and Fan Zona bans and reports without your name, with a fingerprint of your email, for up to 12 months, or while a ban is still in force, to protect other users (see the Privacy Policy).

Deleting your account also deletes your photos in Fan Zona, except a photo kept for 90 days as evidence of child abuse or one awaiting review of such a report, for at most 184 days.

Cancel any active subscription separately in your Google Play or App Store account settings — deleting your Finta account does not cancel the subscription automatically.
